$787 billion stimulus package signed on the 17th included several clean energy
provisions. Among those provisions, consist of $11 billion for Smart Grid

System, Mi.Net. Mi.Net is designed to provide water, electric and gas utilities
with an extensive amount of consumption and usage information on-demand.
